A STAT run is dispatched as soon as your request is confirmed and driven direct to the destination — no route stops in between. Exact timing depends on distance and traffic, and dispatch will give you a straight ETA before the driver rolls, then keep you updated until it's signed for.
Yes — scheduled routes are our core contract service. Tell us your pickup locations, windows and destinations and we'll build a fixed route your staff can set their clocks by, with monthly invoicing and one point of contact. Use the pickup form above and choose “Scheduled route (recurring).”
Loads ride in validated coolers matched to the requirement — ambient, refrigerated (2–8°C) or frozen — with temperature monitoring during transport. If a load has a special handling requirement, note it on the request and dispatch will confirm the setup before pickup.
Yes — every run is GPS-tracked live from pickup to signature. You get a tracking link you can open on any phone or computer (no app or login needed) and share with your team: watch the driver on the map, follow the status milestones, and see an ETA that updates with traffic. The full GPS route is stored with the delivery's chain-of-custody record.
